Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are integral to the success of the Fine Arts Fund and of our arts community. We could not function without our many dedicated volunteers and, in keeping with our mission, we offer a number of opportunities to assist the arts community and better connect Cincinnatians to the arts in general.

Volunteer Programs:

We have several Volunteer Programs that you can partake in. In an effort to ensure that everyone is paired with a program that best makes use of their respective talents and interests, we ask that prospective volunteers complete a Volunteer Application Form for the program that most interests them.  We will then meet individually with each applicant to discuss the best fit for him/her.

Board Engagement Programs:
Serving as a board member on an arts and culture board is both challenging and rewarding. Leadership training specifically focused on the arts and culture sector increases prospective board member effectiveness in this critical leadership role. The fine Arts Fund offers 2 paths to Board engagement, detailed below. Additionally, after the completion of training, all candidates are eligible to join a Board Bank as one route to becoming engaged.

One-Time Volunteer Opportunities:

Every arts and culture organization has a wish-list of things that volunteers could help with, but these opportunities often get pushed to the back-burner when dealing with day-to-day operations. For individuals and corporate "teams" looking to make a big difference over a short period of time, these wish-list volunteer opportunities are a perfect fit.
