Unbiased-Grant Reading 
Oversight (U-GRO)

The Unbiased Grant Reading Oversight program (U-GRO) was created to help arts organizations draft better overall narratives for the various grant proposals they submit every year.  Since most folks have a limited working knowledge of development and grant writing, we offer a short training session on how to review grant narratives and offer objective feedback.  This program, like A/B-C, is one that is opt-in email based.  After attending a training, your name is added to the list serve and as requests for feedback come in, you receive a request to volunteer your time.
