Leadership Giving
As the Employee Campaign Coordinator for your company campaign, you are tasked to run a successful employee effort by raising more money and increasing your base of donors. One way to give a significant boost to your campaign is to seek out employees who have the potential to contribute at a higher level than the average donor. While the Fine Arts Fund values gifts of all sizes, many donors choose to support local arts groups and their community in a significant way by giving at the Leadership level.

Those who contribute at the Leadership level receive special recognition in Fine Arts Fund printed materials and on our Web site and are honored at a special Leadership event. Plus, Leadership donors can opt to receive all the benefits of the Fine Arts Fun Card.
Emphasizing these benefits in a letter from your CEO to selected employees or in talking points when coworkers ask you about giving a gift can go a long way to increasing the number of your company's Leadership Level donors.
Use the Three-Year "Step-Up" Program as a way to encourage employees to ease into the leadership level of $1,500 or get to the next leadership level.
Remind employees that they can combine their gift with that of their spouse for recognition at the Leadership Level.
